The idea of a Bloom Bar was born

When planning a baby shower, the goal is always the same: to create a celebration full of love, laughter, and memorable details. For this special day, we wanted something interactive, colorful, and meaningful for guests of all ages. That’s how the idea of a Bloom Bar was born.

The concept was simple but so full of joy—guests were invited to create their own floral bouquets to take home. Buckets of fresh, vibrant flowers lined the table: cheerful sunflowers, soft roses, radiant dahlias, and blooms in every shade of pink, yellow, red, and purple. The display itself became part of the décor, instantly brightening the space and setting a playful, welcoming tone.

Something for all ages

What made the Bloom Bar so special was how everyone joined in. While we thought the ladies might be the ones most excited, it turned out our kiddos (and even the guys!) had just as much fun designing their own bouquets. Watching each person choose flowers and craft something unique was a beautiful reminder of how creativity and nature bring people together.

Teamwork makes the dream work!

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the love and teamwork behind the scenes. A huge thank you to Julie, Dawn, & Caileigh, who helped bring this idea to life with their energy, support, & fabulous flower design!

In the end, the Bloom Bar wasn’t just an activity—it was an experience. Guests left not only with flowers in their hands, but with smiles on their faces and memories in their hearts. It’s proof that the simplest ideas, when filled with love, can bloom into something unforgettable. Shoutout to the folks at Bressi Ranch Trader Joes. Sarah Killed It!
